We're hosting a community run this Friday, 30/5/2025, to connect with our Frio family and grow together through movement and good vibes.

Gathering time: 6:30 AM
Run starts: 7:00 AM
Location: In front of Maadya Nemra 6
Route: We'll run along Nemra 6 road all the way to Frio.

There will be prizes for the top 3 winners. After the run, join us at Frio to enjoy coffee and drinks.
